Pastor Holley and his wife, Jessica, came to the Voice of Pentecost in the Spring of 2017. Both were aware of their calling to the ministry from an early age. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Destiny and Kali.

Pastor Holley is a graduate of Texas Bible College and holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Teaching, specializing in Mathematics. He is an avid learner and reader who loves history, literature, and theology.

Sis. Jessica Holley is a dedicated mother to her two beautiful daughters and strives to live a godly example in every area of her life. She is involved in many ministries of the Voice of Pentecost, including—but not limited to—Children’s Ministry, Sunday School, and Music.

It is the desire of Pastor and Sis. Holley to witness revival and harvest in the upper Ohio Valley.
